R+M is a dessert salon in Bellevue, with takeaway boutiques in Seattle and Edmonds. Guests stop in for tarts, cheesecakes, and ice cream sandwiches, or order ahead for parties. Seasonal flavors rotate often, and quantities are limited each day.
